Continue to make sounds with the mouthpiece, work on assembly, and for bonus work on your first two notes D and Eb

Trumpets 3:15

Continue to make sounds with the mouthpiece, work on a strong and stable hold, and your first two notes E and F

We learned to set the case on a table or the floor with the MOUNTAIN or MUSIC POCKET on TOP:
1. Pick up violin at the neck.
2. Put on the shoulder rest
3. Put violin on your LEFT shoulder, put chin in chinrest.
4. STRINGS ARE G  D  A  E (Good Dogs Always Eat!)
5. Never to touch the horse hair
6. Rosin your bow every time you play!
7. Bow Tip goes in the Cave!
 
When holding the bow:
1. Bend your right thumb and curve your fingers to create the letter C.
2. Practicing holding a pencil and rolling it back and forth in your RIGHT hand fingers; then hold the bow stick at the FROG
6. Remember to bend right thumb while holding the bowstick and then lean index finger onto the bow stick – like you turned the doorknob to the left.
7. Bow must be on the string between the BRIDGE and the FINGERBOARD

Quarter note gets 1 beat.    Quarter Rest gets one beat of silence.
Stop the bow for the rest!
