Fridays (4:00PM - 4:30PM)
Check in every week for supplementary material and activities to each week’s lesson. You’ll also be able to submit a video of your weekly practice for personal feedback from our instructors.
What to practice this week:
Practice the following topics this week- February 26
- Practice pages 24-26
- Complete the birthday cake activity on page 22, and Soldiers on 23!
- What is a Tie? (think shoelaces. you tie two ends of the same lace!)
- Remember all of the different note types we have seen:
- Quarter note: 1 beat
- Half note: 2 beats
- Whole note: 4 beats

- Read through pages 1-9 (we will be learning more in depth as we go)
- Work on recognizing Left hand and Right hand middle C’s- page 10-11
- Played songs on page 13-14
- Look at the song “Sleep” with our new note D on page 15
