Orchestra Program Details

Welcome to Orchestra!
Grades: K–3
All levels welcome – no experience necessary!

Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to introduce your child to the world of music? Look no further than our Orchestra program!

This 7-week session is presented as an introduction to orchestra and each student’s instrument of choice, making it the perfect starting point for beginners or students curious about trying an instrument. Students may choose from woodwind, brass, or string instruments and will receive supportive, small-group instruction tailored by age and instrument.

During this session, students will learn the fundamentals of rhythm, note reading, and ensemble playing while performing familiar songs they enjoy. Most importantly, this introductory experience is designed with fun in mind to build confidence and spark enthusiasm for instrumental music

This short session also serves as preparation for our flagship full-year orchestra program beginning in Fall 2026. Students who participate in this introductory session now, will have the opportunity to be placed directly into the Intermediate Orchestra class in the fall. Intermediate ensembles move at a slightly faster pace and challenge students with more melodic parts as they prepare for our exciting year-end Spring Concert

Not only will your child build lifelong musical skills and confidence, they will have a blast learning an instrument and making music alongside their friends. Hopefully, they will be inspired to continue with our progressive program as they graduate to the LCUE, Selma, and LFP Larchmont campuses.

Enroll today and watch your child discover the joy of making music!
